Solder ability: the terminals shall be dipped into soldering flux and shall be immersed into molten solder of 230±5 degrees for a period 3±0.5 seconds
Resistance to soldering heat:
Solder temperature: 350±10
Immersion depth: 2±0.5mm
Immersion time: 3±0.5 seconds
By a solder iron to have capacity of 60W
Cold: the jack shall be stored at a temperature of -40±2 for 96 hours
It shall be subjected to the controlled recovery conditions for 0.5 hours after which measurement shall be made
Dry heat: the jack shall be stored at a temperature of -70±2 for 96 hours
It shall be subjected to the controlled recovery conditions for 0.5 hours after which measurement shall be made
Humidity: the pin jack shall be subject to 90%-95%RH, 40±2 for 96 hours, and shall be conditioned at room ambient conditions for a period of 30 minutes
